Refund Policy

This is the refund policy for Lookfit AI (the “Service”), operated by Vision AI(the “Company”). Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are handled through Paddle in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Refund Eligibility Period

You may request a refund within 7 days of the subscription payment date. However, refunds are restricted once you have used content-generation features such as AI image or video generation (i.e., used one or more credits).

2. Conditions for a Full Refund

  • Within 7 days of the payment date
  • You have not used any AI content-generation feature (provided credits remain unused)
  • The Service has a material defect that makes it unusable (attributable to the Company)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are restricted in the following cases, in line with applicable laws governing digital content:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the payment date
  • You have used an AI generation feature at least once (digital content is consumed immediately)
  • The Service was damaged due to your fault
  • Your access was suspended for a breach of the Terms

4. Canceling Auto-Renewal (Subscription)

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before the next payment date. Upon cancellation:

  • Auto-renewal stops immediately.
  • You can continue using the Service normally until the end of the current paid period.
  • Amounts already paid are non-refundable unless they meet the conditions in Sections 1 and 2.

You can cancel from the My Plan page after logging in, by contacting support (contact@lookfit.ai), or through Paddle's billing portal.

5. Refund Process

  1. Send a refund request email to support (contact@lookfit.ai)
  2. We review your request and respond within 3 business days
  3. If approved, the refund is processed to your payment method via Paddle within 5–7 business days

Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

6. Refund Fees

For refunds due to a simple change of mind (not attributable to the Company), payment processing fees charged by our payment provider (Paddle) may be deducted. The exact amount will be communicated when you request a refund.
