Vision AI (the "Company") values your privacy. This policy explains how the Company collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the service (the "Service," named "Lookfit AI") at lookfit.ai. By using the Service, you are deemed to consent to the processing described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information
- Providing and operating the Service, including AI image generation

- Complying with legal obligations
3. Uploaded Images
- The Service uses AI-generated virtual models and does not require or collect facial images for the purpose of reproducing your likeness. The Company does not claim, hold, or monetize any rights in your likeness.
- Uploaded product/garment images are used only for image generation and not for unrelated purposes such as facial recognition or surveillance.
- Uploaded images are encrypted and stored securely in cloud storage.
- No AI training:We do not use your uploaded images or Outputs to train the Company's AI models.
- You may request deletion of all uploaded images at any time, and deletion is processed within 30 days.
4. AI Outputs
- AI-generated images are stored in your Service account until you delete them or your account is closed.
- Outputs embed metadata identifying them as AI-generated (including the generation tool and timestamp).
- We may analyze anonymized metadata (presets, resolution, generation parameters) to improve service quality.
- Outputs are deleted within 30 days after account closure.

6. Third-Party Service Providers
To provide the Service, the Company shares information with the following categories of providers.

The Company does not sell your personal information to third parties.
7. Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information the Company holds about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format
- Restriction: Request restriction of processing
- Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent you previously gave

8. Data Security
- Passwords are stored securely using one-way hashing.
- All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Images are stored with server-side encryption.
- AI-generated images include cryptographic provenance metadata.
- Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel with a business need.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed on cloud infrastructure (for example, Supabase's Tokyo (Asia-Pacific) region) and in the locations of certain providers. By using the Service, you are deemed to consent to such processing, and the Company applies appropriate safeguards to protect data in cross-border transfers.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 14, and the Company does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If we become aware that we have collected a child's information, we delete it promptly.
11. Content Removal Requests
- How to request: If you believe content within the Service infringes your rights (copyright, privacy, etc.), email contact@lookfit.aiwith "Content Removal Request" in the subject line, including your identity, the relevant content, and the reason.
- Response time: We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and, after verification, remove the content within a reasonable period.
- Scope of removal:Upon verification, we delete the content from our servers and block public access. Content that third parties downloaded beforehand is beyond the Company's control.
12. Changes to This Policy
The Company may update this policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect, through the Service or by email.
13. Cookies and Tracking
The Company uses only cookies essential to operating the Service, such as authentication tokens and session management, and does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns and improve the Service, but those tools collect anonymized data and do not track individual users across other websites.
