Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 14 years old and use the Service in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. Accounts may not be transferred or shared. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting contact@lookfit.ai.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain the rights to the content you upload ("Inputs"), and the Company may use it solely to provide and improve the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, the Company grants you the right to freely use the outputs you generate with the Service ("Outputs") for lawful purposes.

AI-generated Outputs may have limited copyright protection under applicable law, and the Company does not warrant the copyrightability or exclusivity of Outputs. Intellectual property rights in the Service's AI models, algorithms, and technology belong to the Company.

4. Virtual Models and Uploaded Images

The Service uses AI-generated virtual models and does not provide any feature to upload your own face to create a likeness. The Company does not claim, hold, or monetize any rights in your likeness. You may upload only images to which you hold the rights (such as products or garments), and you may not upload images containing identifiable third parties without their consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited:

• Infringing the rights of others (intellectual property, likeness, privacy, etc.)
• Creating deepfakes; sexual, violent, or unlawful content; or content impersonating others
• Creating content involving minors or uploading images of minors
• Reverse-engineering the Service, using unauthorized automated means (bots, scrapers), or circumventing technical protection measures
• Any use that violates applicable law or these Terms

Violations may result in content removal or account termination without prior notice.

6. No Unauthorized Use or Re-Training of Content

All content provided or generated through the Service and all Company assets — AI models and model images, mood shots, product shots, lookbook and campaign images, thumbnails, previews, prompts and presets, and all related outputs (collectively, "Company Content") — are owned or controlled by the Company. Without the Company's prior express written consent, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Using all or part of Company Content as training, pre-training, fine-tuning, LoRA, embedding, validation, evaluation, or distillation data for any machine-learning, deep-learning, neural-network, foundation, or generative AI model (whether for commercial, non-commercial, or research purposes)
• Collecting, accumulating, or building datasets from Company Content via automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts) or bulk/repeated downloading
• Reproducing, redistributing, transmitting, publicly transmitting, selling, renting, or sublicensing Company Content, or creating derivative works from it for third-party products, services, or datasets
• Removing, altering, concealing, or circumventing watermarks, provenance metadata, or identifying marks contained in Company Content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or reproduce AI models, weights, or generation pipelines from Company Content or the Service
• Using Company Content to build models, datasets, or services that compete with the Company, or facilitating or inducing third parties to do so

Your lawful right to use Outputs you generated through your own payment (Section 3) is recognized, but that right does not extend to the re-training, bulk collection, dataset building, or third-party redistribution described above. The Company may apply bot blocking, access restrictions, robots policies, and technical protection measures, and circumventing them is itself a material breach.

A violation of this section entitles the Company to immediately terminate the account without notice and refuse refunds, permanently block access, and seek damages, injunctive relief, and disgorgement of profits obtained through the violation. This section survives termination of the account and these Terms.

7. Fees and Refunds

Fees are as stated on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Company does not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically, and you may cancel at any time before the next renewal date.

A refund is available only where the payment is within seven (7) days and not a single paid Credit has been used (no generation has commenced); once any paid Credit is used, the digital content is deemed supplied and the payment is non-refundable. Credits are restored only where a generation fails due to the Company's system error. Subjective dissatisfaction with the quality or aesthetics of AI Outputs is not a ground for refund. 8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service and Outputs are provided "as is," and the Company does not warrant accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI Outputs may differ from expectations, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and the Company's total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months or USD 100.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate your access, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. If you believe content infringes your rights, you may request its removal at contact@lookfit.ai.

10. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

The Company is Lookfit Inc., a Delaware (USA) corporation. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This choice of forum does not deprive a consumer of the mandatory protections, or the competent courts, of their place of residence (see below).

Nothing in this section limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your place of residence. If you reside in the EU or UK, you retain a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the digital-content exception once supply begins. If you reside in the Republic of Korea, Korean consumer-protection law applies — including a 7-day right of withdrawal for unused digital content — and the Korean mail-order seller of record is Vision AI (see footer).

11. Changes and Contact

The Company may revise these Terms and will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For inquiries, contact contact@lookfit.ai.
